The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, provided great services. My room was updated and reasonably large, there were a comfy couch and a writing table.
The breakfast was extremely limited, unfortunately.

This hotel was glamorous, with good service and perfect location close to the art district. Location: the property was just next door to centre and Very close to restaurants. The place was near Qing Hua Dumpling, where you can have dinner.

The classic queen room with king bed provided a good night's sleep. Our room featured a comfy couch and a writing desk. the hotel's location was great, allowing easy access to Golden Square Mile.

The location was great and unbeatable, not too far from the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Had updated and surprisingly spacious room with warm music and king bed, for example for a fairly nice stay. - Amazing service, just what we needed.

-Front line staff (front desk and porters) were more than helpful with directions and lugguage handling. -Our bathroom door lock was broken and there was also a wet spot in the carpet due to the air condition malfunction. The service personnel responded to our concerns immediately and then made a decision that due to the wet spot, we needed another room. He then visited our new room to ensure all was ok. This is service .
It is fairly expensive - almost $300.00 a night when you include tips for a family which did not include parking.

Double beds are on the small side (4' 8" / 140 cm width).

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was right in the middle of the city and very accessible. The size of the room we were in was good and acceptable.
Our toilet was very small and old. The faucet in the sink was loose and felt like it would almost break when you turn the hot or cold knob.
